How to use UCU Helpdesk?

1. Click "Submit a Ticket."

2. Select the category you wish to inquire about or send a complaint.

3. Fill out the required fields. You may attach pictures that support your inquiry or complaint.

4. Click "Submit Ticket," then take note of the Tracking ID.
